Who is Las Olas?
Las Olas was founded by Matt and Julie Burke.
In January of 2008, the staff of Las Olas Exeter opened the doors and worked diligently to make sure that our customers had a clean, friendly and affordable dining experience. The combination of the warm reception from the town of Exeter, our staff, and the customers created an amazing launch to not only great food but also to a new and exciting place to meet and enjoy a quick fresh meal.
In February of 2010, the town of Hampton, NH also embraced the fresh food, friendly, knowledgeable staff and vivid colors of Las Olas. This welcome, along with the rave reviews, support and an influx of a wide array of new and repeat customers, launched Las Olas Hampton with good fortune.
