I love the food but what I would like to comment on is the attire we select when dealing with massive snow. You have to wear a jacket that snow won't stick to. Boots high enough for deep snow, ski goggles to keep the snow out of your eyes and a scarf to keep the snow out of your neck. Warm pants and a warm hat, and my favorite... leather mittens which I bought in Austria 32 years ago, still the warmest. It's not the weather...it's the gear. Look at this picture...the outfit is classic with the hoodie coming out of the work shirt, over the winter hat. Ski gloves too. I'm envisioning Sorel's with a felt liner but I could be wrong. Only to be topped with jeans and legwarmers...but I'm dating myself.2 days ago
